How to write a real estate listing after a showing

Most listing copy is written hours after the tour, from memory and scattered notes. Remuz keeps the walkthrough and the draft in the same flow so you are not starting from a blank page.

  1. Step 1

    Dictate on site

Record a walkthrough the way you already talk through a property—rooms, upgrades, and what to highlight.

  2. Step 2

    Generate listing copy

Remuz drafts a property listing generator-style description from those notes, in language meant for portals and the MLS.

  3. Step 3

    Edit and publish

Review the draft, fix facts, then paste into your listing workflow. You stay in control of every word.

After those three steps you still own the facts: confirm beds, baths, square footage, and required remarks before the listing goes live. Remuz is the draft, not the MLS submission.
