TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REMUZ AI LISTINGS

Welcome to REMUZ AI Listings. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REMUZ AI Listings mobile application (the "App"), operated by Uzisoft ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. USE OF THE APP AND ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to real estate marketing and content generation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. USER CONTENT AND LICENSING

  • "User Content" refers to voice recordings, transcripts, photos, property details, text, prompt inputs, and other materials you submit to the App.
  • You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Uzisoft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display the content, including through our service providers such as our third-party AI service provider, solely as necessary to provide and improve the App's AI generation services.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload the photos and details of the real estate properties you submit.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

  • The App uses artificial intelligence, including a third-party AI service provider, to generate real estate listings, descriptions, and media assets. The App asks for your consent before sending your content for AI processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of any generated content before publishing or using it commercially.
  • Uzisoft does not guarantee that generated outputs will be error-free or unique across all users.
  • You can report AI-generated content that is offensive, discriminatory, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable by using the "Report AI content" option in the App. We review submitted reports.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES

  • In-App Purchases and Subscriptions are managed and processed securely via Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
  • A Free plan with limited features and usage is available. A paid subscription unlocks additional features and higher usage limits, as described in the App.
  • The subscription name, price, and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscription plans auto-renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscribers can also open subscription management from Settings in the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You can restore previous purchases made with the same store account by using "Restore purchases" in the App.
  • If your subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan and its limits.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • All payments and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The App, including its original code, branding, logos, UI/UX design, and underlying software, is the exclusive property of Uzisoft and its licensors.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the App codebase or branding.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Upload fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized property photos.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disrupt the App's security or server infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract data or generate content outside the permitted interface.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uzisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the App under Settings > Delete Account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uzisoft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
